I’m thrilled to share some exciting news: I’ve been officially named a RealTrends Verified agent for 2025!
RealTrends, in partnership with The Wall Street Journal, publishes annual rankings of the nation’s top-performing real estate professionals. Being included on this list is incredibly meaningful because it’s not based on marketing or reputation - it’s based on hard data and performance.
To qualify, agents must meet high benchmarks for production, whether through total sales volume or the number of transactions closed. This year, I’m proud to have earned a ranking of:

What does this mean?
Being named a RealTrends Verified agent is a third-party, data-driven validation of my work — and a signal to buyers and sellers that they are working with an agent who delivers real results. It also means that I’m among a small percentage of agents in the U.S. and in Colorado recognized for their market performance.
But here’s the most important part: I didn’t get here alone.
Every client who trusted me with their home search or sale played a part in this milestone. Every referral from friends, family, and colleagues helped grow this business. And every interaction in our community reminded me why I love doing what I do.
