Having lived in Boulder, Louisville, Denver, and Golden, Greta's local knowledge of niche real estate markets is expansive. With over 12 years of experience in real estate consulting and having closed more than $150M in gross sales, she's built a business that she is passionate about.
Her commitment to helping clients navigate and grow their real estate investments is something she takes immense pride in. Outside of work, you’ll find Greta chasing after her two young kids (ages 5 and 2) in Golden, trying to keep up with her husband's extensive outdoor hobbies, and planning the next travel adventure for her family.
The short and sweet of Greta's story is that she was born and raised in Los Angeles, spent summers and winters with her grandparents in Ohio, and graduated from Denison University. She's a proud theatre nerd who studied abroad in Berlin, Germany, served tables in NYC, and called Brooklyn home at the time. She also completed an immersive Yoga Teacher Training Program in Guatemala before making Colorado her home in 2009.
